OpenAI Trial: Musk vs. Altman Over AI's Future

Musk's lead counsel focused on Altman's credibility, questioning whether a bridge built on Altman's "version of the truth" would be trustworthy. However, since a for-profit subsidiary launched in 2019, Musk's counsel claims the nonprofit became a "shell."
