OpenAI's New CRO & Ultrafast GPT-5.6 Sol Mode

OpenAI has named Dali Rajic as its new chief revenue officer, replacing Denise Dresser. This follows other recent leadership changes at the company. Rajic previously served as president and chief operating officer at Wiz. OpenAI also announced a new processing mode called Ultrafast. This mode can speed up its GPT-5.6 Sol model by up to 14 times, generating 750 output tokens per second. This aims to maximize useful output speed for tasks like incident response and customer support. The feature is in limited preview and is powered by a partnership with chipmaker Cerebras. This development could significantly impact how businesses use OpenAI's technology.
