Payabli AI Agents: Automating Payments & Insights

Payabli has introduced new artificial intelligence capabilities for its embedded payments platform. This includes Amigo, a suite of AI agents designed to automate payment operations and provide real-time business insights. These new capabilities integrate across Payabli's Pay In, Pay Out, and Pay Ops products. They help software platforms automate workflows for payments, onboarding, risk management, and customer support. A key feature is Amigo Insights, an AI agent that lets customers query payment activity and other operational data using natural language. This means no more sifting through reports or support tickets. Payabli states its AI models were developed using payments data and built directly into its infrastructure. This helps software providers automate operational work and improve access to business intelligence. The company also announced Agentic Vendor Enablement and Agentic Vendor Enrichment. These automate vendor outreach and enrich merchant data for underwriting and payment decisions. Agentic Site-Pay, developed with Visa Intelligent Commerce, is expected later this year to automate vendor payment workflows. Payabli also introduced Agent Skills and its MCP Server. These allow software partners to use AI coding agents to build integrations and query technical documentation. This aims to reduce integration times from weeks to a more automated process.
