PicPay Integrates Claude AI: Financial Info via Natural Language

PicPay, one of Brazil's largest digital banks, is now integrated with Claude from Anthropic. This move expands PicPay's presence in the generative artificial intelligence ecosystem. What's interesting is that customers can now check their financial information directly in Claude. They just use natural language commands after securely authenticating in the PicPay environment. This feature is rolling out gradually to an early-access list for both Android and iOS users, and it's free. Similar to PicPay's ChatGPT integration, this experience focuses on financial inquiries and monitoring. Claude also offers new capabilities like checking credit card statement balances and viewing completed credit card transactions. These will soon be available through the OpenAI plugin as well.
