Raintree AI Agents Transform Rehab Therapy Admin & RCM

Raintree is expanding its Invisible EMR vision with new AI agents for rehab therapy. The company debuted NoteIQ and SchedulerIQ, and introduced Agentic PX and Agentic RCM at TherapyCon '26. These new tools aim to tackle the costly administrative work in rehab therapy, while keeping patient care human. Raintree CEO Nick Hedges states that AI will not replace clinical jobs. Instead, he believes the threat is too few clinicians due to administrative hurdles and thin practice economics. NoteIQ, for example, helps clinicians complete evaluation notes in under two minutes, a task that previously took 15 to 45 minutes. This allows clinicians to focus more on patients and less on documentation. This development matters because it seeks to improve efficiency and reduce administrative burden for rehab therapists, potentially addressing staffing shortages and improving patient care.
