This news comes from Stella Sacco, the former lead writer for Saber Interactive. She shared on Bluesky that she was replaced by AI midway through development. Sacco also stated that all passenger voices in the game were AI generated. Rideshare Stimulator is a taxi driving game featuring "quirky passengers" with unique stories. These passenger dialogues appear to be a central part of the game experience. While the studio has not disclosed the use of AI, Sacco explained that management believed "gamers love new tech." The game is scheduled to launch sometime this year. This raises questions about transparency regarding AI use in game development.
