The company's co-founder and CEO stated that Sarvam has spent about $20 million on compute across three model builds, including their flagship Sarvam-105B. This figure represents the cumulative spend for releasing a model, including exploratory work and data creation. This event could reveal significant advancements in AI technology and its applications.
