Singapore Agentic AI Adoption Doubles: 10% Redesigning Work

Singapore's agentic AI adoption more than doubled in 2026. This means 51% of enterprises now use these tools, up from 22% in 2025. What's interesting is that 10% of these enterprises are already using agentic AI to create autonomous, end-to-end workflows. This is a significant step beyond simply assisting individual employees, which is how 33% of companies use AI. Singapore's overall AI maturity score also rose to 53 out of 100, surpassing the global average of 51. However, Singapore trails the global average in AI-enabled workflows, which is key for turning investment into business returns. The bottom line: enterprises that redesign processes around AI are nearly four times more likely to see significant productivity gains. This shows the importance of fully integrating AI rather than just adding it to existing methods.
