Singapore AI Adoption Doubles to 51% in 2026: ServiceNow

The adoption of agentic AI tools by Singapore enterprises more than doubled to 51 percent in 2026. This is up from 22 percent just a year earlier. Here's the thing: a survey by ServiceNow shows that the largest group of Singapore firms, 33 percent, use AI to help individual employees with daily tasks. What's interesting is that 18 percent of firms report no progress on advanced AI adoption, which is above the global average. Singapore's overall AI maturity score rose significantly to 53 out of 100, surpassing the global average. AI budgets in Singapore also saw a substantial increase, rising 108 percent year-on-year. However, only 10 percent of firms have used AI to redesign multi-step processes from start to finish. A top challenge for 58 percent of Singapore enterprises is data privacy and security. The bottom line is that while adoption is growing, truly transforming workflows with AI could lead to even greater business outcomes.
