The AI agent can read incoming data in various formats, load it into a customer's Suplari environment, and correct faults without human intervention. The Data Assistant aims to solve the ongoing issue of inconsistent data. Procurement data rarely arrives in the same form twice; source systems get upgraded, fields change, or identifiers go missing. Traditionally, these small breaks would lead to manual fixes, which are routine, repetitive, and expensive.
