Tenable AI Inspector: Securing Community-Built AI Components

Tenable is using OpenAI GPT cyber models to help security teams inspect community-built AI components. This new offering is called the CyberAgents Exchange AI Inspector. It combines OpenAI's models with Tenable's security expertise. The Exchange Inspector allows teams to evaluate AI agents, skills, and multi-agent playbooks before they are deployed. This collaboration grew from Tenable's involvement in the OpenAI Daybreak Defense Network. The CyberAgents Exchange, launched in August 2026, is an open-source registry for AI components. It already includes over 100 community-submitted AI components. This initiative aims to help defenders identify and prioritize risk within the growing AI ecosystem. This matters because it helps ensure the security of new AI technologies being integrated into businesses.
