Tenable's CyberAgents Exchange: Open-Source AI for Cyber Defense

Tenable has launched the CyberAgents Exchange, an open-source AI exchange designed to boost industry collaboration and improve cyber defense. This new platform is the only purpose-built, cybersecurity-native registry for AI agents, skills, and multi-agent playbooks. Here's the thing: security teams often build AI agents in isolation, leading to duplicated efforts. Existing AI exchanges are either too general or vendor-specific. The CyberAgents Exchange aims to eliminate these silos by offering a free-to-use, open platform. What's interesting is it provides code-level visibility, showing who built each AI component and when it was created. This transparency helps members confidently deploy AI tools. Industry leaders SentinelOne and Recorded Future have joined as founding members, contributing their expertise. More than 50 open-source AI components are already available, including Navi, an agent for automating vulnerability management. The bottom line: this initiative aims to create a unified, vendor-agnostic ecosystem to accelerate defense against rapidly evolving AI-driven threats.
