Tokyo Electron, or TEL, is using the Nvidia Agent Toolkit, including Nvidia NeMo and Isaac, within its "Epsira" concept for digital transformation solutions. Here's the thing: The Isaac platform helps TEL feed designs into digital twins. This allows for faster robot training and accuracy, especially for robotic maintenance on different tool configurations. NeMo also helps TEL accelerate AI Agent training and evaluation, while NemoClaw allows for easier and more secure Agent deployment. TEL's Epsira concept focuses on boosting customer productivity by improving field production efficiency, increasing yields, and enhancing equipment availability.
