2. Does Mediget share the Information it receives

Retail partners we have tied up with: We work closely with affiliated retailers who supply and service your order. These retailers operate at Mediget or sell medicines and wellness products to you at Mediget. Third Party Service Providers: We may have tied up with third party service providers, retailers and logistics providers for the fulfilment and delivery of your order(s). Examples include fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail ande-mail, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, providing search results and links (including paid listings and links), processing card payments and providing customer service. Mediget gives you access to a broad range of information about Your account and Your interactions with Mediget for the limited purpose of viewing and, in certain cases, modifying, deleting information provided to Mediget. You have the option to opt-out of optional services such as receiving promotional materials etc. and should You desire to opt-in to such services at the time of signing up You can choose do so. This list will change as our website evolves.

5. Are Children Allowed to Use Mediget?
Use of Mediget is available only to persons who can form a legally binding contract. If you are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years, you may use Mediget only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

7.1 Return/Exchange/adjustment
To be eligible for a return, you have to notify that wrong medicine, wrong product or any item different than what you originally ordered was delivered to you. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You must call or email using the help menu provided in the app or using mediget facebook page inbox provided the order number within (12) hour of receiving the item you want to return.

7.2 Refund
You must place a return/exchange request with below information using the help menu provided in the app or using mediget facebook page inbox provided the order number within (12) hour of receiving the item you want to return.
1. Order Number, medicine name and Quantity that you want return or exchange
2. In case of exchange need to provide the alternative name and quantity of the medicine
3. Doctor’s previous prescription and the updated prescription as applicable.

Once the request got approved, you’ll get a notification, and our medi-shipper will collect the item for returned and will provide the exchanged one. However Items that are labeled as “non-refundable” in the app will not fall under the return/refund policy and items that are labeled as “on-spot refundable” will only be refunded if returned on spot after purchased.
