This would restrict OpenAI and the former employees from using or disclosing the alleged trade secrets during the case. OpenAI denies the allegations. It argues Apple has not shown confidential information was improperly taken or used. OpenAI blames Apple's employee offboarding and access controls, calling the dispute "a mess of Apple’s own making." This ongoing lawsuit highlights the intense competition and legal risks in the tech industry.
