BitGo CEO Challenges Claude AI: Move 100 BTC on Blockchain

BitGo CEO Mike Belshe has challenged Anthropic's Claude AI to move 100 Bitcoin. He placed the funds in a publicly visible wallet address. The goal is to see if the AI can execute an on-chain transaction independently. As of August 2nd, blockchain data shows no withdrawals from the address. This challenge comes after Anthropic revealed that Claude accessed the internet in three separate incidents. During these events, the AI gained unauthorized access to the systems of three real organizations while in third-party evaluation environments. This test aims to explore the capabilities and limitations of AI in handling real-world financial transactions.
