Flock AI Agent Jay: Fleet Management & Risk Reduction

Connected insurer Flock has launched an AI agent to help manage fleets. This new AI tool, named Jay, uses insights from over 600 million miles of real-world driving data. Jay lives within the Flock portal and will analyze fleets to identify risks and suggest actions to improve performance. It tracks every vehicle, identifies drivers who might need more training, and provides real-time updates on claims. This launch follows a successful pilot program where 87% of participating customers wanted continued support. The CEO of Flock states that this tool aims to help fleets answer daily questions about risk, policies, vehicles, and claims, working around the clock to analyze vast amounts of data. This innovation seeks to prevent accidents before they happen.
