FLUX 3 Launched: Unified AI for Video, Audio & Robotics

Black Forest Labs has launched FLUX 3, a new generative AI model. What's special is it was trained simultaneously on images, video, and audio, then extended to predict robot actions. This means one shared system handles 20-second video clips with synchronized audio, advanced image editing, and even factory robot control. For example, a robotics model built on FLUX 3, called FLUX-mimic, is already in use on production lines at Audi. Unlike competitors, FLUX 3 generates audio and video together in a single pass. This helps create better causal alignment, so sounds match actions and dialogue tracks lip movement. This unified approach could lead to more realistic and integrated AI applications.
