Kyndryl & AWS Partner for Agentic AI Deployment

Kyndryl and Amazon Web Services are expanding their partnership to boost agentic AI deployment in businesses. This collaboration aims to modernize workloads on AWS and increase AI adoption. AWS will invest in Kyndryl's talent, joint engineering, and AI expertise. Kyndryl already has over 11,000 AWS-certified professionals. A key part of this deal is the Kyndryl Agentic AI Framework, or KAF. This framework is available on the AWS Marketplace and integrates with Amazon Bedrock and AWS infrastructure. It's designed to deploy secure, autonomous AI agents, especially for hybrid environments. This isn't their first joint effort; they previously focused on agentic AI solutions for mainframe modernization. What's interesting is that an IDC study shows 65% of organizations expect to fully deploy agentic AI by 2027. This partnership helps companies integrate AI with cloud modernization, particularly in regulated industries. The bottom line: this collaboration could change how businesses use AI.
