Mortif Motif 3 Ranks 3rd Globally Among Open LLMs

Mortif Technologies' Large Language Model, called Motif 3, has ranked third among open weight models in a global performance evaluation. This AI startup revealed the interim evaluation results for its model, which is part of a government initiative. What's interesting is the preview version of Motif 3 scored 44 points on the comprehensive intelligence index from Artificial Analytics. This is the same score as other models like Dipsyck V4 Pro and Minimax M3. An official states it's the third-largest open source model worldwide, behind Kimi K3 and GLM-5.2. Motif 3 has 314 billion parameters and uses a unique architecture. The company, a two-year-old startup with 30 employees, developed this model in about five months. Motif 3 Preview is now available to some customers, and the final model will be unveiled early next month. This news matters because it highlights the growing competition and advancements in AI technology.
