OpenAI Exodus: Top Executives Depart in 2026

OpenAI has seen a string of senior leaders depart in 2026. This includes former operating chief Brad Lightcap, applications CEO Fidji Simo, and chief revenue officer Denise Dresser. Denise Dresser, who started as chief revenue officer in December 2025, is leaving to pursue other opportunities.
